My event isn’t live
My event is set to active but shows 'No Tickets Available' to the public. Can you please check if my event status is fully published or if there is a 'Sales Schedule' block?

Hello Brick Boss, please clarify which event you mean. Also, verify the timing status of your ticket types to ensure they are available. You can find these details in the Manage section of your event.
