Organizer Profile and Policies Update

We’ve made two updates to help organizers present their brand better and set up events faster.

Your organizer profile is now more complete and discovery-friendly. You can add richer public-facing details like hero media, gallery images, a featured event, tags, location, playlists, website links, and more social links. Public organizer profiles now use the /by/{brand-name} format, for example:

https://www.passly.co.ke/by/your-brand-name

We’ve also introduced Policies, a new place to manage reusable organization-level event terms and refund policies. Instead of rewriting the same policy text for every event, you can save your defaults once and use them when creating new events, while still editing policies per event when needed.
